Bike with Colton, Bootcamp with Connor & Rally with Aubrey
Welcome Stadium, 2:00 - 4:30 PM
Join this fitness-focused fundraiser for the Colton Underwood Legacy Foundation. As part of the Legacy Project, Colton is visiting Dayton to bring medical equipment to a 5-year old girl named Aubrey who has Cystic Fibrosis. This event celebrates Aubrey and her family and will help raise funds to help Aubrey and others like her living with CF. This Air Force family loves to bike, so let's go for a ride and rally for an amazing family and a great cause!
Youth (ages 4-17):
$25 - Must be accompanied by an adult.
Youth can participate in the bike ride, the rally and Dayton Children's activities on the field! Ages 15-17 are permitted to join Bootcamp if accompanied by an adult.
Includes an event t-shirt.
Adults (18 and older):
Includes an event t-shirt
Bike ride OR Bootcamp (with Rally): $35
Bike ride AND Bootcamp (with Rally): $50
Spectators are welcome with a donation upon entry.

Our Event Activities:
Take a bike ride with colton
Join Colton as he and Aubrey take a 5 mile bike ride on the Miami Valley Trail. Not a competitive event, this is a fun activity for everyone in the family!
Colton Underwood is a former NFL player and founder of the Legacy Foundation in support of people with Cystic Fibrosis. You also may have seen Colton recently on ABC's The Bachelorette.
Legacy project rally for Aubrey, age 5

AffloVest presentation and CF Rally 3-3:30 PM
Between the bike ride and bootcamp/kids activities, Colton will introduce Aubrey and her family from Dayton. Aubrey is the Ohio Legacy Project recipient of the AffloVest – a next-generation treatment for airway clearance – necessary for promoting good health in people with Cystic Fibrosis.

Bootcamp with Connor
Give Connor everything you have in this 60 minute class! Starting with a proper dynamic warmup to ensure muscle connectivity and increase energy production. This high intensity strength building workout allows you to challenge yourself with a combination of compound movements, aerobic drills, and resistance training. Be ready for an amazing workout taking your body to the next level. Available for all fitness levels making sure strict form and modifications are implemented.

Connor is a former collegiate level baseball player and has recently appeared on ABC’s the Bachelorette.
Dayton Children's Field Activities
After the Rally, kids take half the football field and have fun with Dayton Children's Hospital while they learn about fitness.
What to Bring
Biking? Bring your bike, a helmet and a sweat towel (it's August, after all).
For the Rally: Bring yourself, and your voice to cheer and hands to clap (and maybe a tissue or two). Feel free to also bring your camera if you'd like a picture with any of our hosts. We'll also have Legacy gear available for an additional donation!
Bootcamp? Get ready to sweat! You'll need a water bottle (we'll have plenty to refill) or bottle of electrolyte drink, a sweat towel and a yoga mat (or you may use a large towel provided)
